Returns 

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a straightforward return policy. 

 

Eligibility: 

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria: 

 

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days
  • It must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please note that returns may incur a 15% handling fee.
  • Exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

 

 

Warranty Claims 

We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Currie Enterprises product. 

 

Warranty Window: 

The warranty coverage lasts for one year from the date of invoice delivery. 

 

Eligibility: 

To qualify for warranty coverage, you must meet the following criteria: 

 

  • You must be the original purchaser of the product.
  • The product must be within the warranty period.

Once you submit your request, a representative from Currie Enterprises will contact you either the same day or the next business day to assist with the return process.
